Who We Are
Orchard Lawn Solutions is a father-and-son operation founded in 2005. We specialize exclusively in lawn aeration, overseeding, fertilization, and pest control — no mowing, no landscaping, just expert lawn treatments. We've served over 10,000 customers across Metro Detroit and maintain a perfect 5-star Google rating.
We run commercial-grade Stinger aerators and Z-Spray applicators — the same equipment used on golf courses. When you work here, you learn to operate professional equipment and develop real skills in turf management.

Lawn Treatment Technician
Full-Time / SeasonalJoin a team that treats lawn care as a science, not just a service. Operate commercial-grade Stinger aerators and Z-Spray units to perform core aeration, overseeding, fertilization, and pest control across Metro Detroit — learning soil physics, plant biology, and precision application along the way.
What You'll Do
- Perform core aeration using commercial Stinger equipment
- Apply fertilizer and pest control products with Z-Spray precision applicators
- Overseed lawns using calibrated spreaders with premium seed blends
- Communicate with homeowners about services and aftercare
- Maintain and clean equipment daily
- Follow all safety and product application guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Genuine interest in turf science, soil health, or plant biology
- Eager to learn from experienced turf engineers and apply that knowledge daily
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Physically able to walk 5+ miles per day and lift 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- No experience required — we train the right people
Lawn Care Apprentice
Seasonal / Part-TimeLearn turf science from the ground up under experienced turf engineers. Ideal for students, career changers, or anyone fascinated by soil health and plant biology who wants to turn that interest into a skilled trade with real earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Assist lead technicians with aeration, overseeding, and fertilization
- Help with equipment setup, loading, and daily maintenance
- Learn product application techniques and safety procedures
- Interact professionally with customers on-site
- Keep job sites clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- Curiosity about turf science, agronomy, or how lawns actually work
- Want to learn hands-on from best-in-class turf engineers
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Physically able to work outdoors for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No experience necessary — just bring the curiosity
